For your convenience, merchandise can be ordered at
CargoGear.com using our secure online shopping cart system.
Once an order is placed, CargoGear may contact you for
confirmation of order, shipping, or billing information if
necessary. This will be done before your order is shipped. In unusual cases the pricing or
availability of an item may change between the time your
order is placed and the time we ship your order. In this
unlikely circumstance we will contact you before processing
your order.
After your order is placed, we will send you a detailed
order confirmation email. Many spam or junk mail filters
may divert our confirmation and shipping information emails
into your Junk or Spam mail folder. If you don't receive an
order confirmation email, please be sure to check these
folders or add
info@cargogear.com to your allowed senders list prior to
ordering. If you entered an email address at the time of
order and do not receive your order confirmation email
within 1 business day of placing your order, contact us at
866-792-6614 or send a message to
info@cargogear.com
to request another copy.
If you find it more convenient to order offline you can
mail in your order. For mail-in orders we accept
personal check, money orders, or credit cards. Please use our
online shopping cart system to generate an order form. The
online system will compute the correct shipping charges for
the shipping location you specify within the continental US.
The computer system generates a printable order form before
credit card information is requested. Simply print this form
and mail it in with your payment. Please be sure to include
a phone number with your mail-in order, in case we need to
contact you regarding your order. If you would like an email
confirmation, include an email address along with your
order. Please mail your order and payment to:

product questions, need additional information, or you would
like order by phone.
- The minimum order is only $15 USD including shipping
charges.
- Orders of items for less common truck models, (for example
longbed compact pickup trucks), will be verified by
telephone and/or email from CargoGear.
- Ordering constitutes agreement with our
Return Policy.

CargoGear accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover
credit cards. For mail-in orders we accept personal
checks, money orders, and credit cards. Please make checks
payable to CargoGear. If you have any questions about
paying for your order, please contact us at

Purchase orders are accepted without prior credit approval
from Federal, State, and local government agencies,
including public schools and hospitals. If you require a
W-9 form prior to submitting a purchase order, email
info@cargogear.com
or call 866-792-6614 to request a completed copy.
Purchase orders from other entities may require prior
credit approval, usually this can be done in just a couple
of business days.
We welcome purchases made with US Federal Government
purchasing and IMPAC cards. |
| Orders shipped to Arizona locations will be charged
applicable sales taxes. We do not charge sales tax on
orders shipped to locations outside of the state of
Arizona. |
| For shipments requiring verification or significantly
more time for delivery than indicated in the ordering
system, we will notify you using the information you
provided at time of order. |
| Many of the high quality products sold by CargoGear
are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If you have a
problem with a product you purchased from us, please take
advantage of this coverage and contact the manufacturer
according to their warranty instructions. If you would
like information regarding product warranties or
assistance obtaining warranty coverage, please contact us.
We also appreciate feedback regarding problems you
experience with the products we sell, since we are
dedicated to carrying only quality products. |
| Changing or Canceling an Order |

| The packaging and shipping process begins very soon
after an order is submitted. If an order must be cancelled
or modified, please call us at 866-792-6614 or send
an email to
info@cargogear.com as soon as possible. Once a package
ships, we have no way to stop the package or to get the
shipping charges back from the shipping company.
Subsequently, you may incur additional shipping charges
for orders changed or cancelled after merchandise has
shipped. |
| In the event that items are backordered, CargoGear will
send a notification email to the email address you
provided at the time of order. With your approval, items
not available for immediate shipment will be shipped as
soon as possible. Your credit card will be charged at the
time of shipment. If your order contains both in-stock and
backordered items, in-stock items will be shipped
immediately and your credit card will be charged for the
in-stock items. Your credit card will be charged for the
backordered items at the time of shipment. We will not add
extra shipping charges for backordered items. |

information. We supply the shipper with information they

CargoGear offers a secure ordering system based on

information is encrypted prior to and during transmission
to our order processing center.
